UK Customers

Every service you need can be ordered online or by phone calls. In some cases postal system may be applicable.. In very special cases or services we may use personal or curria delivery. Which ever delivery with maximum security safest and fastest is our guarantee. Some of our services can be delivered by postal express.Where personal delivery or requested inspention is required we may ask for extr charge.

International Customers

Orders to international destinations are usually delivered within 48 hours although it can depend on the country to country and contion at the time. Where escort is required we will let our clinets know in advance.

Local customers

If you are based within 10 miles Radius of our  our Offices or Depo as the situation may apply,store in Redhill, Surrey, we can offer you a special service. To speed up delivery to local customers we have a fleet of delivery vans that will bring your items to your door.

Sometimes this can be incredibly quick, with one customer recently receiving her items just 20 minutes after buying over the web.

Charges

We believe in making things easy which is why we have just two tariffs for delivery.

Domestic delivery charges

We charge just £5 for delivery, regardless of what you order for all deliveries within the UK.

International delivery charges

We charge just £10 for delivery to any corner of the planet (although a surcharge may be levied if our delivery agents have to buy bullet proof vests !)

What happens if the person is not at home when the items are delivered ?

This does happen from time to time and, when it does, our delivery agents follow a fail-safe procedure. If there's nobody home, they will leave a card to say they called, inviting the recipient to contact them and arrange a convenient time for delivery or collection. That way, the items can be kept in ideal conditions and still be at their best when they are finally delivered

It also avoids loss or damage by neighbours or are sick with jealousy at the though of you receiving such amazing items from us !

Other services delivery charges will be supplied when we accept a contract of service with a client. We give time for such charges to be considered. At no time a client is hussied into making up his /her mind. We believe in signing agreement contract between the clients and our selves.
